Returns/Cancellation Policy

Advertisements booked with Inka Publishing Limited, may be cancelled up to 14 days from the booking date. Cancellations after this time are at the discretion of the publisher.

Refunds on advertisements shall be paid in full if the error or mistake lies with Inka Publishing Limited, or in the case of no proof of advertisement being sent to the client prior to printing the publication. Errors which occur after printing and are the responsibility of the client, shall not be refunded. We shall however, deal with any complaints/queries within 7 days of receipt via e-mail.
